Include Document Search results in Conversation history

Moved from Azure DevOps (ref: #2755), raised by Jason...

I was testing doco search in the bot and searched for 'Can i wear jeans?'. I got a decent hit as my first result, but when I went to the next result it was just matching on 'Can', which seemed wrong. I went into conversation history to see if it showed the result coming back from Azure, but it does not.

QnA results go into App Insights and can be viewable when you click the 'Show more information' switch on conversation history. Should we make Doco do the same?

Should be done as part of analytics. see shelved set "wip-kr (Converstion History)" as reference about how to put state from adaptive choice input into Activity.Value
