Ability to automatically detect and store the user's language within Flow

Is it possible for us to know what the user's language is when interacting with them so that we can manage different languages in different ways, making sure we can either translate the user's comments or route them to a Customer Support Agent that can speak the user's language?

Could this be a global variable?
