Ability to drive flow action after QnA-Result

In flow after a QnA Action has completed, the flow contains the QnaResultArray with Answers, follow-on's etc. At the point an answer has been determined it would be ideal if flow could the perform a certain action depending on the answer, obviously the answer text is possible but a little brittle.

Scenario: NanoHeal, Nanoheal provide fixes for PC issues. If we could produce a QA to determine the problem with the users PC then flow could automatically suggest a fix and even issue it.

RG idea: In QnA allow addition of meta data Name and Value, allowing flow to look at the metadata and perform actions.
