Sometimes in our QnA, Tenjin finds the correct answer, but it is below threshold so Tenjin returns nothing found. Would it be possible to allow editing of this threshold, preferably on a per KB basis?
To add to this, I believe the match score is low in the Veritas knowledge base because of the HTML contained within it. This has not been exhaustively validated, but comparing the match score between the 'not collapsed' version of the knowledge base with the 'collapsed' version, which contains additional HTML, the match score is lower in the 'collapsed' version. I believe this is because the additional HTML makes the answer longer and therefore decreases the match score because the additional HTML does not match the query term.
