When you go into a Conversation History it would be great to see if the overall sentiment from the user for that conversation was Positive, Negative or Neutral.
We have the measurements and the ability to record that info by asking the user, but as we now have the ability to do Sentiment Analysis with the Language Studio, it would bice to have that analyse that conversation and give feedback to show how they really felt.
This would be a standard feature, to need to consider the costs of the Language package.
This would be in addition to the Sentiment Action that has already been requested which will enable the Flow designer to drop analysis at any point and then perform actions based on the outcome.
