Whilst reviewing the Conversation History section in Admin, some of my user's conversations are very long and it would be great if I could, for example:
See a simple summary of the full conversation
Be able to understand if the user received a satisfactory answer to their query
Understand if they were happy with the overall outcome
Be informed if they did not complete the full journey at least once, and if they dropped out, where did they drop out
The ideal solution, in addition to some standard summary information, would be the ability to ask Tenjin questions about the user's conversation history so that I can dig into the conversation in more detail (if necessary).
