10 per page seems a bit low, can we choose?
Put the paging controls at the bottom, otherwise if you scroll to the bottom and realise the tenant is on the next page you have to scroll back up again.
Can it remember if you sorted by name, etc.
Would be good if you could favourite tenants and they appeared at the top.
