Can we have sort of search filter - see if a particular project flow was called inside that transcript etc. This is related to finding specific examples of users using it - to find sample data, see how they are using it etc
New columns - show channel (or if maybe if it was via test assistant vs elsewhere) - also if it is a proactive or user initiated flow.
