Very hard to understand what conversation to select. Could a summary be used of the messages, perhaps as mouse over - any ideas?
Show whether any exceptions occurred in the list page would be helpful, and hopefully quick.
Include sentiment, search transcript, tag conversation (related item)?
Discuss possible options; long-term vs. short-term / quick fix.
