Microsoft are adding Vector Search to Cognitive Search (see https://github.com/Azure/cognitive-search-vector-pr/blob/main/docs/vector-search-quickstart.md)
This would allow us to use a LLM to apply a "meaning" to each expert assist question so that you would hopefully get better search results.
