The current default sort order for Expert Assist in the workspace is "Relevance". Although this makes sense if you have searched for something, when you first go into the screen you have no search term, and so this results in an arbitrary sort order. I think "Newest" would be a better default, although it is possible that "Active" would also be valid. It just depends if we think people are going there to answer new questions, or contribute to active discussions.
