Is it possible to store data into an assistant's (or tenant's) data store for long-term use? At the moment, the only option in flow is the data store queue, which means it can only be used once (unless it's added to the queue again) and it's user specific. The other option is direct integration via the API.
If it's possible to store long-term messages via the API, can it be made possible via a flow action?
I want to store messages for use over a period of time for all my users to see, such as known and upcoming support issues and upcoming event dates. I want to do this via proactive messages so that I can provide additional and related information to the Tenjin Admin at the same time, via MS Teams.
