When creating an expert assist question it would be useful to have a section to manually add in user details such as an email address. This way we could utilise expert assist for users accessing it anonymously i.e. from a web portal and allow them to sign up for an email notification when the question has been answered. At the moment only registered Tenjin users get this via Tenjin or teams, this would open the scope to clients who wish to offer a more public facing assistant
