When webchat is opened on my website is it possible for the cursor / focus to be put into the chat input automatically? At the moment chatting to my assistant takes two clicks:
Click to open webchat.
Click to put the cursor into the chat window.
The point of opening the chat is to chat, so it would be great if step 2 could happen automatically as part of step 1.
This could also be helpful on the admin test assistant window too, I'm going into the test assistant page to chat (by typing), so it would speed things up a little with one less click.
Small thing I know, but hopefully quick to implement, and it'll help the overall UX.
