Exclude specified terms from being processed by QnA engine

We are currently testing with a KB that relates to NSS. Having the term 'NSS' in a question is likely to be common in this scenario but can skew scores. Is it possible to have an exclude list? I expect customers might want to include their organisation name in questions themselves (they also can display as options to select) but exclude their own organisation name as a keyword when searching for results.

Alternatively, could we create a POST method to the transcript?

During a recent creation of JobR QnA KB, I found I got better results by excluding 'JobR' from the submitted searches to QnA. Testing has shown that with some data, excluding words can improve results but these exclusions do not get captured by the transcripts (as the word is removed beforehand). If this was a feature, we could ensure the transcript shows what was excluded.

In the case of Veritas project, we perform lots of exclusions and replacements (small words, alternative terminology) so the transcript is even less reflective of what has been searched for.
