Ability to process an adaptive card button click in flow

I can not see how I can process the output of an adaptive card’s submit button in flow. I was under the impression that it gets sent to the bot as if the user types something, but it does not seem to be the case. I added a question afterwards assuming that if I click the button it will act as a response to the question, but it does not. I think it creates a silent message to the bot.

The ability to capture and support an adaptive card button click that can be used with an If / When action is required.

On the adaptive card action, allow the user to say capture response (for example), and store the response in a variable that can be used in Flow.
