Now we have added the domain plugin to one of our instances and are beginning to understand more about it, I think it would be good to investigate what this means for the Tenjin app. We may get MSPs who need to install on a domain enabled instance.

The QnA skill would automatically display the button prompts when navigating questions. Is there a way we could include the buttons in flow automatically somehow so flows themselves do not need to process the display of the buttons?

Now that we have an Action in Flow to retrieve the Transcript from the conversation, perhaps we could use this to allow the customisation of the amount of messages and to format the Transcript before sending it over to the QW Journey.
